Do you want to live and work in Australia?
Australia is an ideal place to settle and raise a family or to start a business. It has a low crime rate, is politically stable and a good standard of living. It has great natural beauty as well as modern bustling cities. People from all over the world have made their home in Australia and Australians lead a relaxed lifestyle in a multicultural society. One quarter of Australia's population were either born overseas or have a parent born overseas. If you already have relatives in Australia or you're thinking of migrating on skilled or business grounds, read on to find out more about what's required and how I can help you.
Me and my services
I am a barrister and registered migration agent (0101077). I am a member of the Migration Institute of Australia, the New South Wales Bar Association and also the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Australian immigration law is complex and changes frequently. I use my blog to post information about recent changes. Please feel free to follow it.
I have put an outline of the requirements of the most common visas on this website. The information is not meant to be exhaustive and if there is something else that you would like to know please ask. Because I am also a barrister I can assist you with your merits review or judicial review case if you have had a visa refused and wish to challenge the decision.
Free Appraisal
I provide a free appraisal of your prospects of success. I will only accept you as a client if I think your application has good prospects of success. Upon acceptance I will provide you with a quote for my fees and disbursements (including visa charges). Generally I charge a fixed fee which is payable in instalments at various landmarks during the visa application. If you prefer a consultancy service (which is ideal for people who want some professional help while doing most of the work themselves) on an hourly rate please let me know.
